My goal in my life and my career is to help others better their lives.  This is why I am a Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney.  To bring my education and experience to the table to help others in need is what being a Lawyer is all about and I consider it an honor and privilege to do so for my clients.  I started working in the Bankruptcy area in 1990 while clerking for the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee in Cleveland, Ohio. I then moved back to my true home, Orlando, Florida to begin the practice of law.

As the Immediate Past Chairman of the Bankruptcy Section of the Orange County Bar Association I try to help other Attorneys know the latest legal developments so that they can help their clients too.  I currently serve on a new subcommittee set up by the Chapter 13 Trustee, Laurie K. Weatherford, to make the Orlando Bankruptcy Court's new Mortgage Mediation and Modification Program a success.  I am devoted to helping anyone I can get out from under the pressures of Debt and to Save Their Homes!  The PEOPLE of the Central Florida are who I care about most and I am dedicated to helping them get debt relief!
